ADA Policy

Public service desk staff are ready to assist patrons with retrieval of materials. Requests for accommodation at a public program must be received at least seven days prior to an event. Any individual with a concern or complaint regarding the Mount Prospect Public Library’s compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act is requested to complete the complaint form, which is available at the Patron Services Desk.
