HOME DELIVERY SERVICES
Are you unable to come to the library due to COVID-19?
We can bring the library to you! Home Delivery is a temporary service intended for Mount Prospect residents who need to isolate during the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to time and staff constraints, we can offer this service to a limited number of residents. We strongly encourage patrons who are able to travel to the Library to use Parking Lot Pickup to receive materials.
If you have a disability or long-term medical condition preventing you from coming to the Library, please consider applying for our Homebound Service program.
Several types of material are not eligible for home delivery, including: new movies, new video games, Wi-Fi hotspots, Rokus, and large science kits. Deliveries can have a maximum of 25 items.
Please apply for Home Delivery using the form below. For patrons accepted into the program, a Library staffer will be assigned to contact you (please be patient, as this may take several days). This staffer will gather materials for you and arrange for delivery. Deliveries can be made no more often than every 14 days per household, limited to Mount Prospect addresses.
